Delay in payment

When an affiliate is issuing a payment request, the app owner has a 30-days window to transfer the money to the affiliate's PayPal account.
If the affiliate didn't receive the payment, they should contact Shoffi support to investigate the case. If the support team finds that the app owner isn't paying the commission for no reason, the app will be eliminated from the Shoffi platform.
